this is unforgivable, I can not even understand why someone in their right mind would do this. and be allowed to do so. This should be banned in all countries and the owner of this vehicle should be punished and have it made public. a life is a life and it should not for any reason, be thrown away or displayed in such manor. this is wrong, this is evil, and should be justified.
