tiene q estar preso, por que un animalito es un ser viviente, q merece el mismo respeto q la raza humana.. y el q maneja esta arrastrando una vida y violando el respeto por lo animales , debe ser condenado por semejante crueldad , no AL MALTRATO ANIMAL!
