PURPOSE
*The objective of this report is to notify the recruitment agency that candidates are not pleased with how the recruitment process was handled.
BACKGROUND
*We started the process properly,professionally and fairly from physical assessment to driving test up till the interview, when we check the company was looking for hundred plus candidates and
since the recruitment started candidateswere getting updates through the Milton Resourcing tik tok page.
*Candidates were told the next step tofollow is to go for a medical test and surprisingly the company didn't deliver as promised. checking very well the post required people with qualifications from matric and a drivers license etc.
OUTCOME
*Less number of candidates were contacted.
ACTION
*We demand Milton Resourcing to call more Candidates to fill the space/number because less number of candidates were called.
*We demand Milton Resourcing to take Candidates to medical before orientation.
*We demand Milton Resourcing to send everyone who went through to interview an invitation to the orientation.
*We demand Milton Resourcing to give us our interview results so candidates can see where they did wrong.
* We demand Milton Resourcing to take equal number of candidates per province as promised. * We demand SMSs from Milton Resourcing.
*We demand feedback from Milton Resourcing.
