Change the NVSS class bell

We think the new bell is annoying and not in good taste. Please change it to the iconic lightning McQueen catchphrase "KACHOW", or at least something more appropriate and that makes the students more engaged and cheerful. We hope everyone feels as deeply about this grave issue as we do.
